Registering as a Fleet Account

You must register to become a Ford Fleet Account. Once you receive your Fleet Identification Number (FIN) you and your company gain access to exclusive benefits that are specially tailored to your Ford fleet. Eligibility Requirements for Ford Fleet Accounts

Commercial, Fleet Management, Rental or Utility Company entities must have purchased, registered or leased at least 5 NEW vehicles (any combination of makes/models) in the company name within the last twelve months or during the current model year – or be currently operating a fleet of at least 15 vehicles (any combination of makes/models) in the company name.

Government Agency organizations must have purchased, leased or registered at least one NEW vehicle (any make/model) in the Agency name within the last 12 months or current model year OR be currently operating a fleet of three or more vehicles in the agency name.

If your organization is not an outright municipality but receives government funding – such as some ambulance/ambulette/transportation service companies you must provide a Government Funding Letter at time of enrollment – only for companies that provide approved transportation services (i.e. medical appointments) AND meet our government funding criteria.

Taxi Company organizations must have purchased or leased at least two vehicles (any make/model combination) during the current model year or be currently operating a fleet of at least 5 vehicles.

Livery, Limousine, or Funeral Companies are required to provide Livery License (or Letter of Intent), For-Hire Permit, in either your company or personal name. There are no requirements for minimum vehicles.

From Chicago, Northwest Indiana or the South Suburbs.

From Chicago, Oak Lawn, or the North Suburbs just take I-94 South into the Bishop ford (394) to 159th Street Exit and we are two miles East.
From Orland Park, Oak Forest, Tinley Park, Palos Heights, Palos Park, Palos Hills, Hickory Hills, Midlothian, Chicago Ridge or Northwest Suburbs take either take 294 South to 80 East to the Bishop Ford (394)-North 1 Mile to the 159th street exit and go east two miles or bypass 294 South and go straight to 80 East.
From Chicago Heights, Matteson, Frankfort or Joliet get on 80 East and go to the Bishop Ford (394) North one mile to 159th street exit and we are just two miles east.
From the Northwest Indiana, Hammond, Gary, Lansing, Highland, Schererville, Merrillville Indiana area, just take 165th west until it curves around, changes names and runs right to our dealership or take I80 West to 394 (North) and take the 159 Street exit East 2 miles to our dealership.
